Your Platform Settings

Set your platform's identity — branding, contact details, the look of your sign-in page, and password rules.

This is where you describe your platform's own identity and basics. These settings shape what people see across your site, how they reach you, and the rules new accounts must follow.

What you can set

SettingWhat it controls
BrandingYour name, logo, and the basic look that ties your platform together.
Contact detailsThe email, phone, and address people use to reach you.
Sign-in page customizationAn image shown on your sign-in, registration, and verification pages.
Password rulesHow strong a password must be (see below).

Branding and contact details

Use branding to make the platform feel like yours — your name and logo appear where people expect them. Contact details give learners a clear way to reach you for help.

  1. Go to Admin → Settings.
  2. Update your name, logo, and contact information.
  3. Click Save.

Your logo and branding also flow into other places, such as emails and certificates, so keep them current.

Sign-in page customization

You can add an image that appears on the pages where people sign in, register, and confirm their email or phone. This is a simple way to make a strong first impression and keep those pages on-brand.

  1. Go to Admin → Settings.
  2. Find the Sign-in page (or Login page) section.
  3. Upload the image you want to show.
  4. Click Save.

What the learner sees

When someone opens your sign-in, registration, or verification page, they see your chosen image alongside the form. It is the same friendly, branded experience whether they are creating a new account or coming back.

Password rules

You decide how strong passwords must be on your platform. Two settings are available:

RuleWhat it does
Minimum lengthThe shortest a password is allowed to be.
Complexity requirement (optional)When turned on, passwords must mix different character types (such as letters, numbers, and symbols).
  1. Go to Admin → Settings.
  2. Open the Password rules section.
  3. Set a minimum length, and turn the complexity requirement on or off.
  4. Click Save.

These rules apply when anyone sets or changes a password — at sign-up, when resetting a forgotten password, or when changing it from their profile.

A longer minimum length is the single biggest improvement you can make to account safety. Most teams use at least 8 characters.
