Blog

Publish blog posts with featured images, authors, tags, hierarchical categories, and related posts — in more than one language.

A blog is a great way to share news, tips, and stories, and to bring visitors to your site. You can write posts, give each one a featured image and author, organize them with tags and categories, and show related posts to keep readers reading.

What a post can have

PartWhat it does
Title and contentThe headline and the body of the post.
LanguagesWrite the post in more than one language so each reader sees it in theirs.
Featured imageThe main picture shown at the top and in listings.
AuthorsWho wrote the post.
TagsShort keywords for grouping related posts.
CategoriesBigger groupings that can nest — a category can sit inside another.
Related postsOther posts to suggest at the end.

Featured images come from your Files & Media library.

How to write a post

  1. Go to Admin → Website → Blog and click New Post.
  2. Add a title and write the content.
  3. Choose a featured image.
  4. Set the author(s).
  5. Add tags and pick a category (you can nest categories for structure).
  6. Choose any related posts to suggest.
  7. Add other languages if you run a multi-language site.
  8. Publish when ready — see Publishing.

Categories and tags

  • Categories are your main groupings, and they can nest — for example "Study Tips" could contain "Exam Prep". Use them as the backbone of your blog.
  • Tags are lighter, free-form keywords. A post can carry several tags.
