Analytics turn quiz results into insight. You can see how a quiz performed overall, which questions tripped learners up, and even which answer options were most chosen. You can also manage your quizzes in bulk and recover ones deleted by mistake.
Levels of detail
You can look at results at three levels:
| Level | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Quiz level | Overall performance — average scores, pass rate, attempts, and how learners did as a group. |
| Question level | How each question performed — how many got it right or wrong. |
| Answer-option level | For choice questions, which options learners picked — including popular wrong answers. |
A question almost everyone gets wrong may be too hard, badly worded, or have an incorrect answer key. Cross-check it against question reports.
Tracking who hasn't attempted
Analytics can show you the non-participants — learners who have not yet taken the quiz. Use this to follow up before a deadline, send a reminder, or plan a makeup.
Managing quizzes in bulk

These tools save time when you run many quizzes or want to build a question library.
Putting analytics to use
- Improve weak questions — rewrite or replace questions that consistently confuse learners.
- Set a fair pass mark — use the overall results to check your pass mark isn't too harsh or too easy. See Quiz settings.
- Follow up with learners — use the non-participant list to nudge those who haven't taken it.
- Review the merit list — see top performers alongside the leaderboard.
