Delivery & Analytics

See what was delivered, opened, and clicked across your messaging — plus unsubscribe, suppression, and consent tools.

This page is your view into how your messaging is doing and how to stay compliant. You can see what reached people, what they opened, and what they clicked — and you have the tools to honor opt-outs and keep proper consent records.

Delivery and engagement at a glance

You get results at two levels:

LevelWhat it shows
Per campaignResults for one specific campaign.
Platform-wideThe big picture across all your sending.

The key numbers you can track:

  • Delivered — how many messages reached people.
  • Opened — how many were opened.
  • Clicked — how many people clicked a link inside.
  • Bounced — how many could not be delivered.

You can also see:

  • A channel breakdown — compare email vs SMS vs push vs chat apps.
  • A timeline — how activity built up over time.
  • An export — download the figures to a spreadsheet for your own records.

Delivery logs

Beyond the totals, you can look at a record of individual messages to see what happened to each one — whether it was sent, delivered, opened, or clicked. This is useful when a learner says they did not receive something and you want to check.

Compliance tools

Staying compliant keeps your messages trusted and delivered. Your platform includes:

ToolWhat it does
One-click unsubscribeA link in your messages that lets a recipient opt out instantly, with no sign-in needed.
Suppression listA list of people who should never be messaged — opt-outs are added here so they are not contacted again by mistake.
Consent & retention controlsSettings to record that people agreed to be contacted, and to control how long message records are kept.

When someone unsubscribes, they are added to the suppression list automatically. From then on, your campaigns skip them — you do not have to remember to remove them yourself.

How to view your results

  1. Go to Admin → Communication → Analytics for the platform-wide view.
  2. Or open a single campaign and view its Results tab for that campaign's numbers.
  3. Use Export to download a spreadsheet.

What the learner sees

  • A clear unsubscribe option in marketing messages.
  • Once they opt out, the messaging stops — they will not keep getting the same campaigns.

Good to know

  • Watch bounces: a rising bounce rate often means out-of-date addresses or numbers, and hurts how often your messages get delivered.
  • Compare the channel breakdown to learn where your audience actually pays attention, then focus your effort there.
  • Keeping the suppression list and consent records in good shape protects your sender reputation and keeps you compliant.
