See your earnings, spot trends, and export everything to a spreadsheet.
The billing dashboard is your money overview. It shows how much you're earning, where it's coming from, and what needs your attention — all in one place.
What the dashboard shows
| View | What it tells you |

| Overall stats | Headline numbers — total revenue and key totals at a glance. |
| Revenue trend | How your earnings change over time, so you can see growth or dips. |
| Revenue by item type | How much comes from courses, books, bundles, and so on. |
| Revenue by program | How much each course or program earns. |
| Pending tasks | Things waiting on you, such as refund requests to review. |
To open it, go to Admin → Billing → Dashboard.
Exporting to a spreadsheet
Nearly everything in this section can be exported to a spreadsheet (CSV) for your own records or accounting:
- Prices
- Transactions
- Refunds
- Offers (coupons)
- Bundles
- Installment plans
- Scholarships
Look for an Export button on each of these screens.
Good to know
- The dashboard reflects real activity across your platform, so the numbers update as buyers purchase, subscribe, and request refunds.
- Pair the revenue trend with the revenue by program view to see which offerings are pulling their weight.
